Welcome to Honyaranoie in gifu, Japan. Your host Takeru and Emi Kato welcome you to experience Japanese tipicat lifestyle such us at relative’s house in Japan. Dinner and breakfast inclusive with us. You will enjoy communication with host and other guest. And also you will relax with onsen nearby and Japanese traditional tatami and futon bed.

We love to share with our experience. Let’s talk about your home town and your travel experience in Japan. We also welcome to be asked about our Japanese daily life and so on. Takeru was worked for Japanese Railway for ten years so knows well about train.

Our Cats

We have lovely two cats Ume and Ryu.
Enjoy playing with then. If you have cats allergy, please let us know previously.
If you want to come with your pets, please consult in advance.

Free accommodation

We want you to several work in exchange for a bed. It’s not always available. Please contact via message.

What you can experience

There are important cultural property, ancient mound tomb, hiking course in Nomurayama mountain, and nice taste spring water nearby our guest house. You will also experience a lot of nice spot such as ” sky tea field” and so on.

We offer event several days per month such as healing event, Japanese traditional experience event and so on.

Sometime, tour by Takeru is available. please ask!

How to get to Honyaranoie

Buses are available.

From JR Gifu Station(JR岐阜駅)

Get on the bus to “Ono bus center(大野バスセンター)” and get off “Aiba” bus stop. It takes about 50 min.
Honyaranoie is a 5 min walk from the bus stop.

From JR Ogaki Station(JR大垣駅)

Get on the bus to “Ono bus center(大野バスセンター)” and get off “Koebi” bus stop. It takes about 15 min.
Honyaranoie is a 15 min walk from the bus stop.
